How Blynx works

THE CONCEPT, IN MOTION
A clear brief, approved tools and checks keep the agent inside the job you gave it.
THE IDEA IN PLAIN LANGUAGE

Harness engineering

Give each agent a clear job, the right tools, and a defined way to prove its work is ready.

IN PRACTICE

An invoice agent receives a batch of bills, access to the purchase-order system, and a checklist for matching amounts before preparing a payment review.

How it’s built

Package the role instructions, allowed tools, file workspace, input schema, and checks into a versioned run configuration. Save intermediate artifacts and stop the run when its time, cost, or retry budget is reached.

✓

Passing the checks prepares the work for review; it does not grant permission to make a payment.

Memory Systems

01

Working / context

The current task brief, selected sources, draft state, and unresolved questions.

One task or iteration; checkpoints carry forward only the details needed to resume.
Access & retention +

Retrieve within the assigned customer, project, and role; cap the context size and rebuild it when source versions change.

02

Episodic / run history

What a run attempted, the artifacts it produced, check results, and reviewer decisions.

Retained under the project’s documented audit schedule, with sensitive content removed when due.
Access & retention +

Keep timestamped, version-linked records; treat past attempts as evidence, never as new instructions.

03

Semantic / retrieval

Approved product facts, company policies, customer preferences, and reference notes with source links.

Until the source is superseded, its review date passes, or its access permission expires.
Access & retention +

Filter retrieval by role, project, and access permissions; review proposed additions before they become shared knowledge.

04

Procedural / playbooks

Approved checklists, tool recipes, operating procedures, and prompt configurations.

An approved version stays active until a reviewed replacement passes regression checks.
Access & retention +

Agents may propose revisions; a responsible owner approves promotion and can roll back to the prior version.

05

Relational / connected facts

Links among customers, projects, people, contracts, assets, and the permissions that connect them.

Dated records remain useful while the relationship is valid and follow the organization’s retention rules.
Access & retention +

Use authoritative records with scoped access; missing or conflicting ownership and permissions go to a person for resolution.
