The questions we hear most, answered straight.
What does Blynx actually build?+
AI agents, workflow automations and custom internal tools, built around the systems your team already uses: email, your CRM, documents, spreadsheets, Slack and more.
Do we need a technical team?+
No. We handle the build and hand over a system your team can run, with plain-language documentation and a clear review step for anything important.
How does a project start?+
With a free automation plan. You describe one process your team repeats, and we reply personally with how we would automate it, or why it is not worth automating yet. If it is a fit, we agree on scope and pricing before anything is built, then build and test it with your real examples.
What is the free automation plan?+
A short form at /audit about one workflow: what starts it, the tools it touches and how often it happens. We read every submission and reply by email within 2 business days with a short map of how we would approach it, or an honest note if it is not a good fit. It is not an instant assessment, and nothing is built or billed without a scoped proposal you approve.
Will we have to change our tools?+
The starting point is the tools you already use. We connect them and only introduce something new when it solves a real problem.
Does AI make decisions for us?+
You set the boundaries. We separate repeatable preparation from consequential decisions, and build human approval into anything sensitive.
